Thanks for the invite! I was going to ask if you need the design to be print ready since you mentioned it is for the shirt only and not the pants. Would you require us to submit a in CMYK and in Vector format to assure you of the highest quality for the logo. Please also advise if you have a preferred style for your upper garments - a link of a website perhaps? It is for us to base the dimensions and layout of the design for your apparel.

Good questions, but I'm afraid right now I don't have accurate answers. We have not built a web site yet, and the team itself is still under construction. What I really need are concepts. The art should be provided in a manner that if it's accepted, it can then be used on any garment.
Does that make any sense?

I appreciate your prompt response and would like to encourage you to invite more designers and guarantee your payment option because most of the top designers would opt out just because they want to be sure that if they at least submit a design that if they get chosen they would get paid on the project, unfortunately a lot of us here who have experienced submitting a design and then the client just gathers concepts that they could piece together and let their local graphic designers finish and then ask Design Crowd for the refund. I know this is not what you intend to do but this is why you only have 10 submissions. Thank you!
