how should i design your logo sir

We are looking for a design that will appeal to the broad construction market. The original concept I had was the name ConGen covered by a simple clean line roof (no windows, no chimney) with bulldozer tracks creating an underline for the text. However you should come up with your own design. I do want to keep to black / white / grey tones.
