I would suggest to offer such project to designers as one-by-one. One-by-one projects are mutually beneficial - to you, because you can offer a lower price, and to the designer, because he/she will be motivated to work hard since reward will be guaranteed.

I have done similar projects and know - Your project is rather difficult and time consuming and payment is not even guaranteed. Without guarantee designers are not motivated to put much effort into it.

Thanks for your feedback, I am a first user of DesignCrowd so I did not think about that option - do you have any suggestions on how to find the right type of designers for the project? Do I just cruise the data base or is there a better way to refine the search? Any insight is welcomed and I really appreciate your comment.

I can do it for you in 1-2 days. Also you can choose any designer. You should go to the designer's profile and send him (her) an invite to work with you project with offering job one-on-one (unfortunately I can't see customer profile with these options).
