Better cancel the project - not a guaranteed project and then - for you to be able to change the name and text? see how the designers read the brief? Commit to the project and top designers would be working on your design guaranteed! :)

I was looking for a way to edit, or cancel, I don't see one. I will call the customer service number in the morning.

I want to be able to change the text because the name is only proposed at this point. Though it is not required (I can't remember if I put it in that box or not).

The ideea of "changing the name" during presentation can alterate the initial design.
I know it could be a plus for you in front of your client but this will restrict also the designer in therms of composition/ layout/ frames, so the initial design it's going to be less "custom" and more "ordinary".

I think that the best way for you to have a felxible/ editable design is to receive from the designer also the the Pub Logo-sign with empty fields for the text. Maybe you will not be able to use the same type as the original design but in this way you can fill the empty fields in PowerPoint by using the empty design as background ( only for presentation purposes and then the final name will be adapted according to the initial design).

My name's Paul. I have been working for a while on this website. I'm sorry to see that you are having problems with it. However, I personally don't think it's quite a canceling-the-project problem.

You can simply give your e-mail out to the designer who would win the project and ask if he or she could further work with you on this matter. Most of the guys and galls that can really design and have a portfolio to show for it work on other sites that require them to communicate and transfer designs via e-mail, so If receiving your logo via e-mail after you decide what name you would like doesn't bother you, you have no real problem here.

What you do have is a problem with designcrowd. It's gonna be really hard getting your money back once you've guaranteed your project.

All this being said, be a chap and let us know what you've decided because I've already started working on something for you, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, and it would be disappointing to work in vain.
