Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I currently have a logo. See tandemsource.com. I like it but I find that it feels too horizontal and not dynamic enough. I also feel like tandem is naked. I'd like you to use use what I've provided, but embellish it. Let me be clear about that-- Please don't change what I've given you,just add to it. The only possible change is you might tighten the leading in tandem which feels loose. Use the TTF file I've provided for font.

We are a global tech services company (read tandemsource.com). I imagine you can embellish the logo by, for example, putting white or alpha 50 globe behind tandem and 20% of the left part of source. Or maybe add some cool techy pattern behind tandem. It should be dynamic, techy, global. It should make the logo be less horiziontal and be unique and abstract. Please avoid busy logos -- keep it abstract. Keep it monocrhomatic. Also, you will need to tighten the leading to reproduce what I provided you from scratch if you decide to do that in the first iteration.
