Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project of you want the best designers to work on it

We want to keep the current layout. We'd like you to add some pizazz to it. We don't like the white labels on the pics. We're thinking there might be a better way to do it. Also, is there a better or more creative way to present the photo's?

We only want creative ideas for the layout. We aren't looking for coding of the page or other pages.

Since we are looking more for creative and not beyond, I didn't guarantee it. But, I will look into that now. It's my first time using the site. Thanks.
