Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need a T-shirt design for a political social group that will hold monthly cocktail parties to discuss policy issues around the world. Our target audience will be made up of Americans age 21-35 years and of moderate views that may deviate left and right of political center. We want to incorporate the name of the group (Saving Rome), as well as the slogan "Be Politically Erect". We would like to have the Washington monument featured on the shirt as a visual pun on the slogan. Colors can vary, but obviously red, white, and blue are preferred. The final design should be fun, but the idea is to attract intelligent individuals with a sense of humor, rather than just crude jokes. Thank you in advance.
