UPDATE: The four elements of a successful business transaction as we see it are: Desire; Transparency; Agreement; Conclusion.
We need a contemporary, clean, yet classical design for a modern real estate investment firm. We don't sell property rather we connect developers from Europe with buyers in Asia, so a logo that would have East/West appeal. The company name, Fifth Element is the key: there are four earthly elements, we are the fifth. I do not think the use of "5th" is suitable. Black, silver, white, gold, blue are the preferred colours, not necessarily all of them. Should convey strength yet subtlety and have a 21st century feel yet also be timeless
