You're right it is weird the way EXISTING designs have been submitted whenapparently no one received the brief. I have sent it to you however will repeat it here. Thanks for being observant!

We are a start-up real estate office [brokerage] and want our name to be our 'logo'.

We will be known as Merc Real Estate however we do not want the words 'real estate' to be given equal weight with the word Merc.

We want a 'timeless' typeface denoting prestige and quality in a colour that will be easy to replicate for printing, we would prefer one ‘elegant’ colour.

We will be selling multi-million dollar properties.

We also will need letterhead, business cards and our name ‘logo-style’ to be used on all advertising and marketing material. Business can have a different coloured stock for the rear to differentiate between front and back.
