The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design only - not more pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Hi. As this is your first time let me clear a few things first.
Designers normally charge $250-$500 per page. Since you need 3 pages you should at least get the budget upto $700.
And this is only the design part. If you want the website up and running, you need to hire a coder who can convert the winning design to HTML and CSS/ php page. Then you buy the hosting and domain to set up your webpage.
Keep in mind that a coder charges more than the designer. It's often 60-40. So to code 3 pages you might have to pay around $1000. Overall you have to spend $1700 to get a website (excluding hosting and domain prices).

If you have such a budget only then go for it. Or else just have a single page designed for $250.

Thank you for clearing it up for me. Extremely helpful, I do have the budget for this actually, I just don't know where to look for experienced coders that I can trust.
