Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type UNcoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or wordpress / backend or php integrated or any ecommece integrated for this small budget.

Hi all, some great designs already, but logo on white background please - and using other colours on the logo itself will cause elimination of the design (i.e. please use the logo as provided). I'm out of the office until Wednesday afternoon, so will give more individual responses then, and will eliminate various designs by Thursday night. Thanks to all.

Thanks to all, but in the interests of moving rapidly towards a result, I've eliminated all but 4 designs (from 3 designers). The process thus far has helped us recognise more of what we want, so to assist you: (1) We like no scroll (or as little as possible - particularly on a home page). (2) The main photo of the front of the house is old. You may be able to photo shop in colour on the chimneys (we hate the fact they are blacked); or (3) I'm about to upload a new "main" photo you might use for the front - but it will need to be cropped. (4) We really like the photo from the back that I have already posted.

Apologies to all - I thought I had uploaded a preferred "main" photo, but I hadn't? It is there now (DJI_0037). It will need cropping, or you can still use the existing websites "main" photo (but please photoshop in colour on the dirty chimneys). Thanks!
