Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'd like to make/tighen up the attached include the company name Zolve, without the grow and connect bit. I'm looking for a vintage US brand look like you would find on US 50's or 60's brands. I like the oval shape, with the wording inside but it could overlap slightly. I'm open to colour combinations. I also like things like Land Rover's brand logo - and i would like the Zolve logo to also look good on products like t-shirts.

My business is a london based startup consultancy which connects business and opportunity globally.
