SleepFit is a corporate wellness program based in Sydney, Australia. This program is enabled by Australian Sleep Centres, which uses a well-established, highly reputable sleep clinic led by one of Australia's most renowned sleep specialists.
An extensive study conducted by Harvard Medical School revealed that sleep problems are the single biggest cause of lost working hours in the business community. But despite this, employees often aren't able to fix sleep problems by themselves, because they can be hard to diagnose, and the traditional process to fixing sleep problems (such as sleep apnoea and insomnia) can be time-consuming and frustrating. At SleepFit, we believe passionately that sleep is the next frontier of health and workplace effectiveness, and that it needs to be urgently addressed now.
SleepFit has a technology platform that makes diagnosis of treatment much faster and easier. Employees participate in an online questionnaire that can diagnose whether they are likely to be suffering from a sleep disorder. If that's the case, they can then receive an online referral for help (rather than having to visit a doctor), and to have at-home testing kits delivered to them - all before they've had to come in to a clinic. SleepFit's treatment solution is fully integrated, incorporating sleep physicians, dentists, a psychologist, and a dietician.
SleepFit helps businesses transform by diagnosing and treating employee sleep problems quickly and conveniently.
We would like a logo that says: "SleepFit" as the primary brand, and "By Australian Sleep Centres" as the much more subtle tagline / footer. (We like the way the reference example "Hey You by Beat the Q" has done this - specifically the relative size of the two different parts of text and the way that the word "by" is smaller.)
The logo should demonstrate SleepFit's brand attributes:
- Technology-enabled, modern, smooth, nimble and easy
- But at the same time, it's highly reputable as it's delivered by a well-established sleep clinic that is led by one of Australia's most renowned sleep specialists
- Calm, clear, crisp and alert (just like you feel after a great night's sleep)
- Gender neutral - if anything, err on the side of masculine
- Polished enough for use in the "top-end-of-town" corporate world - but slick enough to be a breath of fresh air in this world. It will be the front facing brand to employees so it must appeal to the general population too, be inviting, engaging, interesting.
NB we don't want the logo to give the impression that SleepFit is hardware (such as an ergonomic bed, for example). We also don't want to trivialise the importance of the health impact with cheesy sleeping cliches or overtly literal symbols of sleeping.
