Does an actual picture of Texas have to be used or could, for example, using the Texas flag to essentially color in the logo be used instead?

I'm assuming this is a gym, so I would also like to know if the gym has a particular focus. Is it more about Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strongman, .etc?

The gym does focus on bodybuilding and athletic training, but it does a nice volume on functional training, weight loss as well.

I like the idea of the flag but I want the state. Maybe the flag In shape of Texas. I would like to see Texas being bigger and personal training in a different font. I like the dog and the weights. Colors Red white and blue for the state. Weights black or grey.
