Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am seeking 2 alternative new logo designs for an exciting new commercial real estate development project. We are currently exploring two names: The Gauge or The Standard. These names represent the heritage of the building. The Gage is a contemporary nod to the temperature gauges that were manufactured at this site for many, many years. We like it because we think we can play with a graphic representation of gauges (perhaps) we also like the notion that this will be "the hottest property in an exciting community. The second name is The Standard and it was actually the name of the last manufacturer that was at the facility and still has a sign on the outside of the building that reads The Standard Thompson Co. We think its a name that has a proud feeling of the past and sets the standard for modern redevelopment projects of the future.

The project will involve the renovation of an old factory in Boston, MA and will be a 125,000 square foot facility. We will maintain all the unique features from the original facility which served as 100 year old boiler and temperature gauge manufacturing site. The building has huge windows, exposed beams and will have a very modern industrial feeling when we are done with it. The building is located in a hot area of Boston and it will attract unique technology businesses, bio tech, marketing/advertising agencies, pharma companies, etc. The building will be state of the art with an industrial loft feeling with soaring ceilings and windows and wooden and steel beams, etc.
