Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new oil company based in Houston called "Phoenix Natural Resources". We will be involved in the drilling and production of crude oil and natural gas onshore in the United States. We would like the design to look professional. We named the company after the mythical Phoenix bird. It would be nice to have the Phoenix involved in the logo but its not a strict requirement. Also, an oil derrick involved in the logo could work If you use an oil derrick please make sure it is does not look like its on fire as derricks on fire are really bad for oil companies. Thanks in advance!
