Ok, I wouldn't go that far and call it two projects, because there wont be much design in it. Mainly it will be modifications to existing templates. an addition of one or two more templates is also preferred.

All in all I guess around 100-120 $ is reasonable.

For 1st task you want Changing layout and so on. Is it minor or need to change vastly like create a new design?

For 2nd task (company profile) do you have any template?

All the templates that are available are for the company profile.. The changes wont be major, Mainly changing pictures and text. Also, 1 or two additional design templates to be created and worked on to complete the company profile.
