Hi all,
Thanks for taking the time to check out our brief.
Four Sisters is an Australian wine company based in Victoria, and have been around for more than 20 years. We have a well-known sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir that needs a package revamp and we need your help!

So here's the brief:
1. Use of the Four Sisters logo (silhouette) and text mandatory - but can be as small/large as required.
2. Design must be shown on a sparkling bottle.
3. Can be closed with cork or crown seal - neck label/hood not mandatory.
4. Front label size to be no larger than 75mm high x 100mm wide. Back label to be no larger than 75mm x 100mm
5. Label does not have to be square/rectangular. Happy to see thoughts outside the box.
6. Design cannot be printed onto the bottle - must be on a label that can be applied to the bottle.
7. Be forward thinking. Be interesting. This design does not have to tie into our still (red and white) wine range.
8. Mandatory information to be shown on front label - a. Wine of Australia - b. Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
9. Mandatory info for front label - a. 750mL - b. Alcohol e.g. 13.5% ALC/VOL - c. Wine of Australi - d. Producer address (please insert dummy address at this stage - e. standard drinks e.g. approx 8.0 standard drinks (this can also be shown in the standard drinks glass logo) - f. space for a tasting blurb
10. Try to stay away from anything floral or overly girly.

Hi all,
Thanks for your submissions to date, however we feel that a lot of you have not fully read the brief i.e. some submissions have been made on the wrong bottle type, labels are not shown on bottles etc. We will be eliminating these designs.
We'd also like to make a few additional points about current submissions:
1. Although we are an Australian company, we do not want anything Australian on the label i.e. no maps of Australia.
2. Looking at some of the designs, we would be happy for you to remove the girls silhouette from the front label and just use the "Four Sisters" font - and move the silhouette to the back label, if you feel that will improve the front design. If you do choose to use the silhouette on the front label, we'd like it to be very small and subtle - no large silhouette on the front please.
3. Please try and stick to more traditional colour palates. We're not looking for bright, multi-coloured designs.
4. Please, please show your design on a sparkling wine bottle, with the front and back label design shown separately to the side or as a separately file. We need to be able to see all elements on the label clearly, but also need to see how the design works on the bottle.
We will be extending the project for another week so you can take on board our updated brief. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask anytime.

Hi Everyone, Thank you all for your submissions.
The competition ends at midnight tonight, we will then need 7-10 days to go through each of the designs and narrow it down to the winning entry.
