We are a modern company that will provide online psychometric testing services to companies and individuals. Our tests are designed to help people understand their underlying traits and behaviours better, we use this analysis to help companies and people do better at their jobs, help people find jobs that are better suited to their disposition. These tests are mostly about personality traits, behavioural preferences and other dimensions that are difficult to quantitatively measure.

The company is called MetrixZen - the name conveys that its easy to find measures for human qualities (other than academic or knowledge based). We'd like this to come through in the design.

we are open to radical ideas and new thinking. We would like our brand identity (logo) to communicate trust, dependability and scientific reliability.
