Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

I need a leaflet design that I will be dropping off in mailboxes to people who are renting their house or unit and looking to borrow money to buy their own home (eg Direct Mail)
It needs to be eye catching, and grab their attention quickly.My job is to arrange the home loan for them so target market is twofold :-
1. People who have decided to buy and have not yet decided how to raise the money, and
2. People who were thinking about buying and the leaflet will trigger action to be taken.
I have some existing logos and images to be used which are consistent with my website (healthyloans.com.au).
My core colour designs are Black, White & Green.
I have done a mock example via Publisher to give an idea of what I am looking for (word content OK but design needs a lot of work !)

Requisitos

Debes tener

• 2 Pages and must include my Logo (I have attached 3 designs), Contact details (Name, Mobile, Email Address, and Website). Text as written on the attache dmock design (font size and location of text can change). It must be DL sized (front & back) that I will have printed on decent quality paper. Credit Licencing details attached on mock design must be included but in lower case (at least on one side of the design).

Agradable de tener

• I had a previous designer complete a Double DL brochure (file is attached called Doctors Double DL brochure) which I liked the idea of having the leaves from my logo appearing as a watermark in the background.

No debería tener

• It must look clear and concise. Not too much competing imagery that might distract the reader. Not too "busy" or crammed.
