This is for a sports website where sports teams can register their teams. Every team can normally upload a their own team badge/emblem. If teams cannot upload a team badge, they can auto generate one from a preset list of options.
Currently they select from one of 3 simple badge shapes then they select if they want vertical stripes, horizontal stripes or a checkered pattern. Finally, they can choose two colours from a list of 13.
Currently, we generate these badges using HTML/CSS. We would rather have all the possible permutations as images as these give us more flexibility in terms of resizing.

We want all the possible permutations of badges as vector images e.g. each badge shape with each pattern with each combination of colours including single colour for whole badge which will amount to several hundred images.

If in the process they can improve the look and feel of the badges, that would be a bonus e.g. adding some reflection and curvature to the designs.
