UNIQUE PROJECT SOLUTIONS
Our company requires a business brochure designed, this design will be printed and emailed to prospective corporate clients to provide an understanding of our businesses services. The written content required in this brochure is attached as a word document.
DESIGN
The design needs to hold your attention and identify the company brand. An A4 portrait format will be used with a white background. Brochure pages will never be viewed side by side as most clients will recieve this as a pdf document attached to an email so considered this in your design. Colour graphics and images will be used to enhance the content and draw people in. To reflect quality, only high resolution images that are clear, sharp and in focus will be used. Please use the CMYK colour model when designing as this brochure will also be printed.
LOOK AND FEEL
The design needs to be savvy, appear uncluttered and have an attitude of a market leader. I want something that stands out in the crowd and effectively markets my businesses brand. It needs to be elegant, modern and have a corporate feel. I want something that has energy, is fresh, innovative, exciting and inviting.
FINISHED PRODUCT
All content in the photo shop design needs to be fully editable including text. Our business has a copy of photo shop CS6, so the finished product must be compatible with this version of software. Each page must contain the text “Copyright © 2013 Unique Project Solutions. All rights reserved”

Please do not design something that looks identical to my webpage site or Facebook page. Your design needs to adds value to the overall promotional impact of my business.
The design should not be based off a generic design template, it needs to be unique.
