Resumen de Diseño de Plantilla de Word

The World Academy of Sport (WAoS) provides management education and training in partnership with many International Sport Federations including the International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee, International Basketball Federation, World Rugby and many others. There has been an ad-hoc approach to standardised templates for consistent application of the brand in presentation of internal documents, external reports and case studies as well as PowerPoint presentations.

There has been a Visual Identity Guide in place for several years which is somewhat followed however there is not consistency across the company. The requirement is to develop Word templates and a PowerPoint template that is available on each computer to ensure consistency, specifically:

1- Word document template for internal reports; to be in black & white using the logo but no secondary brand elements. Standardised cover page, table of contents, headings, etc
2- Word document template for external reports and case studies; can incorporate secondary brand elements if required and colours where appropriate (although not essential). Standardised cover page, table of contents, headings, etc
3- PowerPoint template (16:9); Incorporate secondary brand elements, slide templates to include title slide, section headers (including imagery which can be changed internally when needed), concluding slide with social media section & WAoS activities of interest section

Attached are various assets and examples including
• WAoS Visual Identity Guide
• WAoS logo
• Secondary brand elements (hero graphic & ribbons)
• Current PPT template example
• PDF version of case study example (produced from Word document)

The look and feel should be very clear and there is scope to update the font to that indicated in the Visual Identity Guide, such as using a sans serif font like Century Gothic or other easily read font that is available in the standard fonts provided in Microsoft Office (however not essential).
