Resumen de Diseño Web

I'm looking for someone to help design a wordpress theme for a tech news site that I'm creating.

I'll need the elements to be from right to left please because it's going to be in Arabic.

There are three main elements to the site.
1) We'll be publishing news on a daily basis (blog style) - Engadget style

2) We'll have a section dedicated to the different programs we produce on youtube (so people should be able to view our latest content but also be able to filter based on the program.

3) We want it to be easy for people to comment and share (so having a good sharebar (like shareaholic) and using disqus will be important too.

Of course it's important for us to have positions for banners so that we can monetize the site too and that the site is responsive.

One other very important page is a page for people to submit interest for advertising and advertorials. So that page will need to look very professional.
