COMPANY INFORMATION
- Name: Tut and Tut Properties
- About The Name: Named it this because the two co-founders are cousins with the last name "Tut". They chose their last names to represent their company because they wanted to pay homage to the people that made it all possible (their families and ancestors).
- What We Do: We are a landlord who manages our own properties. We want to establish ourselves as a company that provides tenants with great, clean, and safe rental apartments. We want our name to be one that potential tenants look for when renting a home. Our company has single-family, townhome, and low-rise apartment rentals. In the future, we may look for mid to high-rise apartments as well.

LOGO INFORMATION
- What We Want: A creative logo that people will remember so our tenants and potential tenants quickly associate it with our company and what our company stands for.
- What We Stand For: Our company stands for giving tenants great service (by doing repairs, etc. on time), and treating them with respect so that they respect our properties in return. We also want potential tenants to associate our brand with a great home so that when they see our logo they know they will know what to expect.
- Logo Design: We are open to all types of ideas for the logo. but we want a colour scheme that we would be able to use for all of our future branding items (business cards, documents, signs, etc.). An example colour scheme we thought of was light blue and purple because it seems inviting. We want a strong logo and colour scheme. We also want a connection to real estate and properties in the logo itself.
- Potential Idea: We thought of maybe making the logo the word "TUT" with the letters made up of something real estate or property related and the full company name underneath it ("Tut and Tut Properties")
