The musical is called THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
Here is the advertising blurb: In this new holiday musical spectacular, THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, there is a flurry of activity at the North Pole. Santa and Mrs. Claus, the elves, the reindeer, the forest animals and even the Toys themselves prepare for the biggest night of the year! It takes a lot of planning and hard work to get a sleigh off the ground and to deliver toys to children around the world, but Santa’s team is ready and willing. Or at least they think they are before a tricky Jack Frost decides to stop the Christmas festivities with a little comical chaos and calamity. THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS promises to surprise and delight the young, the young at heart and everyone in between.

So this show is fun, bright, high energy, and tells of the spirit of the Christmas Holiday and the act of giving. Jack Frost is spritely character who tries to freeze Christmas, until is heart is melted. Characters include: Jack Frost, Suzzie Snowflake (sweet and snowy) Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, SuTap dancing reindeer, busy Christmas elves, animals including a blues singing penguin, a funny squirrel, bunny and a not so smart Polar bear, and three rapping toys- a rag doll, a old-fashioned toy soldier , and a 1950's wind up robot. It takes place at the North Pole in and around Santa's Toy Factory.
