Event Theme: Make an Impact: Transcend Your Leadership Boundaries
Event Purpose: Brings together top female executive clients (think CEO/President) for a weekend of professional development and networking among other successful women business leaders.
Audience: C-level executives, law firm partners, Directors and other industry leaders…all women and all accomplished, reputable leaders

Purpose: The visual identity will be used across a variety of event materials – including invitation, onsite materials, presentation templates, etc. It should bring the theme for the event to life artistically – capturing interest and be unique

Historical perspective: We often try to leverage the actual venue in the visual identity (e.g. artistic sketch look for Laguna Niguel, which is an artistic community, peaks/canyons for the mountainous region of AZ where we met, etc).

This year, we focused on the general “feeling” we want each individual to achieve at the meeting as somewhat of a creative guide – we want attendees to embrace the serenity of the resort/Scottsdale, to allow our attendees to “let go” of the major distractions they encounter in their daily life and focus inward and on themselves. “Transcend Your Leadership Boundaries” is meant to be a challenge – to rise above the clutter and the many demands that are impeding us from realizing our full potential and aspirations (and this is where our event learning workshops will help them learn how to do that). We also want to evoke a feeling of action or accomplishment to demonstrate breaking through the barriers (the transcendence)-ideally, there would be a feeling or movement in the design.

Attendees should feel/think: interesting image, perhaps see the hidden silhouette of a woman (inherent in all our designs year after year)...allow for viewer interpretation, colorful, unique to the event and for Navigant, excite the viewer to want to learn more about the event and look further into the event invitation information. The image should make person feel empowered, interested, inspired, strong, focused, etc. and should not be overly feminine.
