Resumen de Diseño de Logo
We need a logo design for our New Zealand-based but International End of Life Tyre (ELT's) Projects, first project to be launched this year in New Zealand.
We want an eye catching design that represents taking something thought worthless such as an old waste tyre and recycling it into a product that is not only valuable, but so good for our planet. We are a growing company that plan to deliver these projects worldwide.
We would like to see a design that represents the turning of old waste (maybe black, dark gray, to Earth colors like greens perhaps, brightness etc)
Primarily we are using end of life tyres, however we also use recycled plastic in producing our products
About us:
Pacific Renewables Ltd (PRL) is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the waste recycling field and in particular end of life tyres (ELT’s).
Partnering with a Chinese company who developed two patented technologies, PRL is delivering into New Zealand a new plant which will provide a high quality solution for the disposal of ELT’s.
Reclaimed rubber, recycled plastics and vegetable oils are used to deliver de-vulcanised crumb rubber and a unique bitumen modifier which allows high quality rubber products to be used in road construction to produce a superior surface. Whilst there are numerous applications for these products the use in modifying chip seal which is used in 90% of the NZ roads is viewed as a game changer by the Australasian road construction industry.
Unique formulas meeting road design specifications replace small amounts of bitumen with rubber at low cost and delivers major economic benefits. Chip seal typically has a life of between 5 and 8 years depending on traffic volumes and loading's whereas modified bitumen has a road life that exceeds 20 years. In addition a truck tyre running on chip seal has a life of between 40,000 and 50,000 kilometres however this same tyre running on modified bitumen surfaces will last for 150,000 kilometres.
Disposal of ELT’s is a worldwide problem, with most ending up in Landfill. Pacific Renewables can now turn this into a valuable and sustainable resource with major environmental benefits.
