Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The logo I envision is a circle which near the top and bottom edges of the circle are the words, Oconee County [near the top inside of the circle] and Bible Study [near the bottom]. Inside the circle is the outline of Oconee County [South Carolina] which can be pulled off the internet or I can e-mail it to you. Within the outline of Oconee County a cross would be standing tall [the cross would look as if it were rising above the county - a 3-D effect I suppose. The county maybe should be medium blue colored and the cross white. The lettering should be dark blue as would be the circle around the logo. I'm no art whiz so helpful hints or suggestions will be readily accepted. I've also got a limited budget. This would also be the logo for stationery and mailing labels as needed.
