Resumen de Diseño Wordpress

We need a website for our Developments company "AR Developments". I would like to use Wordpress for its simplicity to update and added features.

We develop/build and sell Townhouses/Houses and Land around Brisbane, Qld. Initially we require a Web presence with no advanced features. We will develop the user logins and other features at a future point in time. We are undecided on having a single page with most of the detail or to have more detail on linked pages, we will review the options put forward. We have added a Sitemap and possible Frontpage sketch

Some sites for examples we have thought work similar and well:
http://www.stockland.com.au/index.htm
http://greatsouthernland.com.au/
http://www.avjennings.com.au
http://ausbuild.com.au/
http://www.devine.com.au/queensland.aspx
http://www.australand.com.au/

I've attached our newly created Business Cards and we are also working on a logo for the company within the next couple of days which may or may not be the same as the Business Card

Any questions please ask
