Vitalbox is a social business enterprise that focus on public health by applying innovative healthcare services and consumer internet technology. Vitalbox offers a personalized platform of health promotion and disease prevention that puts the individual back in control of his life.

Vitalbox is looking for a Mobile Web UX/Visual Design professional to create a mobile version of Vitalbox website platform for iPhone, iPad/tablet and Android.

Contestants must to check www.vitalbox.com.br to have a better understanding of Vitalbox Platform by creating an account (it's in portuguese, but anyone can get the general idea).

The mobile version of Vitalbox should have very similar functionality and user flows. This job is not to reengineer or re-imagine Vitalbox. It is just to reformat the existing functionality so it works well on mobile devices.

This description below is to help you to understand the core features of the platform (check the attachments to see the new web design of each one):

- Personally Controlled Health Record - PCHR enables an individual to own and manage a complete, secure, digital copy of her health and wellness information.
- Health Risk Assessments - is a process to estimate the nature and probability of adverse health effects, based on personal and family historical data, behavior and environment.
- Simulation of future health - "what if analysis" that emphasizes health education and behavior change.
- Daily Challenges - a program that gives you the opportunity to the participant to advance his personal well-being by doing simple daily challenges
- Health Alerts and Recommendations and Missing Data - Recommendations based on Health Ministry Guidelines and U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), plus notifications to update outdated information.

The deliverable for this project is a psd file with a designed mobile version of Vitalbox.
