Resumen de Diseño Web

We are an international, German-based patent law firm and are in need for a new website design.

Our current (old-fashioned) website is

Our Corporate Identity features that we want to keep are as follows.

1. Our KSNH logo in blue color on white background.

2. The tent roof design of the Munich Olympic Stadium.

We attach our current KSNH presentation, which gives you an idea of who we are, what our business is and what distinguishes us.

The new website design should express that we provide very reliable, high-quality Intellectual Property services, including patent and trademark services worldwide.

On the one hand, it should professional, on the other it should look young.

The managing partners of our patent law firm are in their 30ies and their 40ies, which is comparably young for a patent law firm of our size. Our team comprises about 20 patent attorneys and altogether 45 people.

Websites of competitors that we like are as follows.

There are two features that all these websites have in common and that we also would like to have implemented in our new website design.

1. A clear and self-explaining main menu in the header.

For example:

2. At least on the main page: A background picture filling the entire screen and having an appealing graphic. Maybe the tent roof of the Munich Olympic Stadium?

Further points that we believe to be important are as follows:

1. Our new website should have a simple menu navigation (not as complicated as the current one). It should have two levels, namely the main page and the subpages, that are all directly accessible via the main page, so that all the content can be reached with two clicks.

2. On the WHO WE ARE subpage we like the solution that there is a list of the names of the patent attorneys in the left column, and upon clicking on a name the full profile of the patent attorney including a photograph of the partner will appear. We will have new photographs of our team prepared and supplied to you.

3. On the WHAT WE DO subpage we like the solution that there is a list of the headlines of our fields of activity, like PATENTS, and upon clicking on a headline a more detailed description of the respective field of activity will appear.

4. Our new website should contain less content than our current website. The text will be supplied by us.

5. What is also very important is that the design will be optimized for access by PCs, by tablets and by smart phones (responsive design).

6. We will need both English and German language versions of the website, including all the subpages. We will provide you with the updated text for all the pages.
