Just to clarify are you after a front cover for an ebook or a full (front, back, spine) cover for a print version?

I'll be using the design for both the eBook and the printed version. Not so concerned about the back cover - this can be an extension of the cover theme, or a solid colour. The designer will get credit for the cover(s), so leaving this up to the designer to include or not as you wish.
