I need a logo design for a new company based in Australia.

Great Tenants is a website where good quality tenants can post a profile that describes in detail what they have to offer as tenants. This enables them to be more competitive when it comes to winning the property they desire and gives them more leverage when negotiating rents.

Real Estate Agents will be able to post their properties for lease on the Great Tenants website and market directly to a pool of 'great tenants', giving them the edge in winning the business of prospective landlords.

I would like to see designs that use the colours blue and green. The colours need to feel vibrant and energetic and the logo needs to communicate professionalism and friendliness.
