How did you want to enter the information?
Did you want an editable PDF file? If you make an editable PDF you will have lots issues with printing due to active fonts and layers. Do you also want to use the same images? Please supply if you have it without the watermark and text.

If you have illustrator or photoshop the file may be able to be supplied to you that way so you can edit it yourself when required. but you will still need to supply proper print files to your printer.

Not sure. just need to be able to update the 5 fields with the current market data. Is there a way to make those field edittable?

An editable PDF is easy enough, you can just fill in the fields when you need to change them. This option would be fine for emailing the file to clients.
Unfortunately if you send that same file off to print they will have issues with the active fonts and most likely will not print it for you. If you are just printing on a copier then it might be OK, but most printers require fonts to be outlined or turned to shape so their programs don't edit the font.
