Require a logo that can be used on an investment proposal. The project is for a cycling museum/gallery that is located within an old psychiatric hospital (hence the name 'cyco'). It will be a cycling museum that people will ride around on electric bikes. The design should communicate the quirkiness of the idea and the fun of the activity.
