Smart, professional and talented designers all go for guaranteed projects and they all give maximum effort and commitment for a guaranteed project - knowing that the project is worth their time and effort. Hi Thank you for your comment. When I posted the project I did commit the budget, buy the site had some how changed it to non committed.

Hi Thank you for the designs. There are some elements that I like but overall if I haven't provided individual feedback it is because the feel of your designs is a little to formal and corporate. These designs to me would be more for a larger company looking to do larger commercial grade projects. I am looking to target more home owners, and investors. An my company ethos and branding is more about old fashion valued customer service and customer friendly with high end finish. So want the website to seem more approachable and personal.
