I have added to the brief, that agile leadership is about leading by inspiring others with a higher purpose and creating better results by empowering people and creating an environment and culture of innovation and collaboration. People should follow an agile leader because they want to and not because they have to because of their position of authority in the hierarchy. Hope this helps as inspiration ;-)
