WHAT I NEED:
The design I need (PSD file) is for a microsite designed for employee recruitment for Hoffman, a Web agency.
***Design for the 1st Page ONLY : "Manifeste"


OBJECTIVES OF THE WEBSITE:
1. To promote the agency's corporate culture and HR management principles.
2. To get people to apply on available jobs


ELEMENTS OF THE PAGE "MANIFESTE" :
1. Hoffman logo (see attached files). Beside the logo must be the word "Carrières" ("Careers" in english)
***The logo is not final and there is NO branding for Hoffman yet. That is why there are multiple files. So please feel free to be creative!

2. Main menu : 4 sections
Manifeste | Opportunités | Hofman | Postuler

3. Manifeste :
This page is the home page. It will present 2 main sections :
a. The agency's corporate culture :
- Title of the page is a question : "Do you embrace Hoffman's corporate culture?"
- Then, presentation of the 5 corporate values, each with a title and short description
- At the end of the list of values, we want a button that says "Apply now"

b. The agency's HR management principles :
- Title of the page is a question : "Do you see yourself working at Hoffman?"
- Then, presentation of the 5 Management principles, each with a title and short description
- At the end of the list of principles, we want a button that says "Apply now"


VISUAL INSPIRATION
To create each section of the "Manifeste" page, we want a design that will fit with the corporate culture:

- Hoffman is PROFESSIONAL
