Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a logo design for a company called 'JOEY CREATIVE' which is a production company that specialises in the creation of innovative puppets.

Our 'mascot' or pictorial is a balloon dog named 'Joey'. For the avoidance of doubt, I mean a dog made out of a balloon: http://www.google.com.au/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=balloon+dog&oe=UTF-8&gws_rd=cr&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=Tq0LUvm2MYrllAXG0YGACg&biw=1251&bih=566&sei=Ua0LUvvZFoPIlAXRsYEQ

The reason for this is it symbolises creativity and construction. Although it's a balloon, it must appear to be slick and sophisticated.

My preference for colour palette is Black and White, but open to ideas if there's something fresh.
