how many colors for the logo?

Hey guys I am loving all the designs so far, especially the way some of you are using barbells as crossbones I find this very effective. Just a few points, I really like how some of you are using gym equipment to make the skull also like the more hardcore look. No one has done it yet but if you could maybe not add to much detail as they will need to be transferred easier to products, but the amount of detail I am receiving now is perfect.
