Office Building logo design

You say the logo text is "CW and Colina West". Does that mean "and" must be used when "CW" appears with "Colina West"?
You show 2 existing signs. Will both "CW" and "Colina West" appear in the new versions?
Should the lettering fit on the 8 vertical elements in a fashion similar to what exists?

Good questions.
Q: You say the logo text is "CW and Colina West". Does that mean "and" must be used when "CW" appears with "Colina West"?
A: "and" should not be included.
Q: You show 2 existing signs. Will both "CW" and "Colina West" appear in the new versions?
A: Not necessarily. Colina West will always include CW. However, CW will stand alone in some cases. I don''t know precisely what will replace the existing signs. It depends on the design and how it works in those locations. I suspect the one on the pillars will be replaced by "CW" by itself, large letters spanning several of the pillars. The other one will probably have the combined CW & Colina West version. These logos will be used for a large monument sign and interior signage as well.
Q: Should the lettering fit on the 8 vertical elements in a fashion similar to what exists?
A: Not necessarily. I don''t want designers to be constrained by the design or layout of the current signage.
Oh my God! You have a huge building there, a nice company, and you give only 170 dollars for the "face" of your company????
Sorry but ...whats you give its what you take seems to be feet in that case.
Hi,
It looks like you''ve extended your project - could you provide some feedback on the designs that have been submitted so we know what you liked / disliked and can work from there?
Many thanks
