Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking for a Logo for our small local Hanggliding and Paragliding Club (150 members). It is called “Delta- und Gleitschirmclub Weissenstein”. DCW stands for D (Delta- und Gleitschirm-) C (Club) W (Weissenstein).

We are located near the small town Solothurn in Switzerland. Our most famous mountain is the “Weissenstein” (means: White Stone). It is 1'395 m in height and part of the Swiss Jura, a highland. We are often launching our vessels from there.

Our club is named after this mountain. On top of the Weissenstein there is a hotel. You can see it on the links. It is iconic in night time, when 3 bright lights are illuminating it. You can see the three bright dots from miles away. The abbreviation of our club is DCW. So for our Logo the letters “DCW” should be in focus and the primary eyecatcher. It is not necessary to implement little paragliders or hanggliders – but when you look at the logo the subject “Flying/Thermal/Wind” should pop in your initial thoughts. It is also not necessary to include the full meaning of DCW in the logo.

The logo should not be cartoony and not too realistic. Something abstract in between. No neon colours. Not black and white – we like colours. For further details please have a look at the website template where the logo should be used in. (http://dcw.raible.ch)
