Overall Communication Objective:
Need to update this 30 year old north shore day spa brand name and look while keeping it relevant in the community where it has been located for many years. There is new ownership of the Spa and an updated facility and added new skin and medi-spa services available. After considering other alternatives, a strategic decision has been made to keep the Olga’s name, despite the fact that the original founder “Olga” is no longer involved in the business. All graphics and logo need to be modernized and updated.

Current: North Shore Clientele; High End; Premium Day Spa; Loyal Customers; Primarily Female over 45 years of age.
Aspire to reach younger audience. Less nail focus and more skin and beauty focus. Massage treatments and medical skin treatments available. Many retail product customers for specialty beauty and skin products.
