Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need to a create a new flyer for the comedy show, Brooklyn Stand Up. The original version of the flyer is attached (file: Old flyer), as well as two versions of the logo.
- The text should be the same except now the show is Every First Wednesday and the next show is June 1.
- Remove the jerk shop logo
- Remove the picture of the man, and replace it with a photo of Kerry (our host), the Audience, or something of your own design.
* pictures of Kerry and the Audience is attached.
* We'd like to keep the same color palette and have also attached a color palette for reference

I have also attached 4 references of flyers that I like, that you can use to get an idea of the theme and aesthetic we are looking for.
