Resumen de Diseño de Logo

In the UK there are 1.6 million landlords - and most use Letting Agents and fail to source and manage their own tenants directly (thereby saving themselves a lot of money). I am launching a special service to help these "do it yourself" landlords called LANDLORD TEAM .co.uk

These landlords will now be able to download from a large range of items such as Tenancy Agreements, ready-made Template letters, Rent Control spreadsheets and many other items.

As this business will be an Online Business - the logo needs to include (with lower profile) - the .co.uk - (but not the www).

I wish to use CAPITALS for the word LANDLORD
I wish the word TEAM (in caps) to be (somewhere) underneath the word LANDLORD
I wish the .co.uk to be on the 2nd line in lower case
I wish to have some kind of graphic treatment that makes this new logo very special and very memorable.

Either graphic shapes around the lettering OR a simple graphic of a house (perhaps on the left?). I have downloaded my own feeble attempt at a logo (I am not a graphic designer). You can do a lot better than this as you are a professional designer - but you can tell that I am looking for a highly readable logo that works both small or large.

VERY IMPORTANT - This new logo MUST work in black & white as well as in colour - ALSO - this logo MUST work (and be readable) when used very small at just 1cm X 3cm.

The reason is - that this small logo marker will appear at the bottom of every letter, plus Tenancy Agreements and other documents that we produce.

SO - the logo has to work small and in black and white or single dark colour ALSO it must work much larger for use on websites and our own letter headings. The large version can use more colours if you want?

Based on the above - obviously the typeface / font chosen will need to be either bold or very bold.
