I uploaded the 3 screenshots of the current design. Can you not see them? (Also, I'm not sure what you mean by bootstrap.)

To clarify, I need a new design, and then the css/html for the new design. The uploaded screenshots are just to what what the components are. Everything else including layout, positioning, text style, background graphics, and - also important - the responsive design - is what I need.
