iSupport is a Malta based firm specializing in IT infrastructure services and custom software and web development for local small and medium size businesses.

Where did the name iSupport originate from?

The name has originated from the idea that 'WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU'.
Our business branches in two sectors.
1. IT Infrastructure support and hardware provisioning
2. Custom Software Solutions (such as custom software applications, web applications, POS Systems, Accounting systems, production systems etc)
IT Infrastructure Support
Our line of business is to offer instant IT support to our corporate local clients, being a simple IT issue with our client’s desktop computer or a complex issue with the client’s core network and server setup. We strive to keep a low response time, i.e. solving an issue there and then through the use of our remote tools (when possible)
We also provision hardware solutions which we will then implement and configure as part of a network solution. It is important to point out that selling equipment is not really our line of business. The need to provision comes from the fact that a solution we provide then requires the purchase of equipment (such as servers, switches, routers etc.)

Custom Software Solutions
Our software development capabilities and high level team of developers can put together the solution a company is looking for. Being a small basic application or a website to a full-fledged software solution or internet application. We have also developed a point of sale system which is installed at various shops and stores around the island.
Our company also offers broadcast graphics solutions to local and international customers.

We have attached our current logo which one can enhance or improve. However we would also like to see fresh ideas. We want to leave it up to the creativity of the designers to come up with nice designs to choose from and that is why we did not stick to any particular colors.
