Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We want to create an internal logo (with acronym?) to symbolize our Core Values of: Accountability, Adaptability, Integrity and Teamwork, while staying focused on work-life balance. We conducted a contest among our employees and the "winning" design is attached, but we'd like something more creative. For example, let's say the acronym was "vodo" and one of our team members displayed behavior that emulates the core values that "vodo" stands for, we want to be able to say "that was very (vodo) of you!" To build our internal culture. We have a company logo but are looking for a visual for our Core Values. We are a Quality Services Team of engineers and document specialists who pride ourselves in bringing our clients the best possible result. Clients are medical device startups. Also attached is our company logo, which we are not changing, other than we sometimes use the checkmark in the circle without the words.
