Code the site into a content management CMS system to edit text contents / images from admin panel
Mobile responsive HTML5 / CSS 3 standards
Code the site with SEO standards and with H1 tags for easy spidering and with Wordpress CMS with page rank
Video documentation in editing the site contents
Loading it to a webserver and make it live
Provide after support.
